8. Subscription and Payment Terms

- 30-day written notice required for subscription changes
- Automatic renewal unless terminated with proper notice
Payment and Refunds

9. Termination
Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- Platform access will cease at the end of the current billing period

- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
Termination by SynovusTu
We may terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms or Platform policies
- Non-payment of fees after 30-day cure period
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Threat to Platform security or other users
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SynovusTu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms
- Your breach of any representation or warranty made herein
- Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
- Any content or data you submit to the Platform
11. Force Majeure
SynovusTu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between executive representatives

- Jurisdiction in Jacksonville, Florida for any court proceedings
